This Inuit necklace features carved bone pendants depicting seals and a bird. It is a beaded style necklace that showcases Inuit ethnic and regional design. The Inuit are indigenous people of northern Canada and Alaska, this would explain the animals depicted. The beaded necklace showcases a bird in the lower center with its head in profile. 3 seals, depicted in profile, are on both sides of the necklace creating a total of 6. This is most likely a fetich necklace, which hold special powers and used in various rituals and as a protective talisman.
