This is a Roman amulet artifact dating back to the 1st-3rd century AD. It is a historical piece that would have been worn for protection or luck during ancient times. The amulet is made of cast bronze. The tail and wings are broken so we don't know exactly what it is. It appears to have the qualities of a bird though.
