The N'domo Marka Mask from Mali is an early 20th-century piece that originates from the Bamana tribe in West Africa. This unique and culturally significant artifact reflects the traditional craftsmanship and spiritual beliefs of the Bamana people. The zoomorphic mask with the two horns and pierced eyes was worn during coming-of-age rituals. The mask is crafted from wood and covered with embossed brass plates, red cloth, and tassels.
