Late 19th/Early 20th century Southern Sumatra, Indonesia, carved buffalo horn keris handle in the Tapak Kuda (horse foot) style. Delicately pierced and carved with scrolling floral designs throughout. The handle tip is carved into a large flower blossom with a raised decorative center. 
 
The handle color is dark brown and has chips and missing detail on both sides, due to age and use.
