The Edo Period Buddhist Keman Temple Hanging is a beautiful and intricately designed collectible from Japan. Keman are hung from the rafters of Japanese Buddhist temple halls. The fan shaped piece has an openwork design. The small hooks at the bottom would have most likely had bells. This exquisite piece reflects the rich spiritual heritage of Japan and is a unique addition to any collection focused on Buddhism or religion. The hanging lotus design adds a touch of elegance and spirituality to any space, making it a meaningful and culturally significant item.

The piece is in very good condition. Some slight surface wear.
