This is a black and brown stone bird done in a traditional Native American art form. The first bird is made from a black stone with white vines. The second bird is made with brown speckled stone.
 
The object is made to replicate Native American fetish, which were believed to hold mythical powers such as protection, healing, and guidance. 
 
The bird was originally sold to our client as an authentic piece, but our gallery determined it is a new reproduction of an artifact. 
 
The birds are in perfect condition.
