This mid 20th century military Gurkha Kukri is a remarkable piece that will surely impress collectors and enthusiasts alike. With its original and authentic design, this knife is a true gem for those who appreciate historical weapons. Made in India/Nepal, this knife is a testament to the country's rich military history. Gurkhas are soldiers native to the Indian subcontinent, chiefly residing within Nepal. They were known for their weapons, Kukri/Khukuri, a forward curving knife. While the Kukri could be used as a weapon, it was also used by famers for cutting crops and clearing brush and hunters for skinning and cleaning game.

The knife shows signs of wear and age. Oxidation is on the surface.
