Raised and dimensional finely painted lacquer design of eagle with serpent in its mouth and standing on the gnarled branch of an ancient tree at the top of a mountain with birds in the air and the earth below. Finely painted details overall with gilded background. The background has raised pine needle pattern. Shell mother of pearl inlays in eyes of eagle and snake.
