19th Century Southern Indian Miniature Bronze votive sculpture oil lamp depicting Deepa Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of fertility, wealth, and purity.  She is carrying an oil lamp which is traditionally displayed during Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights.  She is elegantly dressed and wears a long braid in her hair.  She has a bird on her shoulder and stands on a lotus base. Nice brown patina.
