Special Orders: We are happy to special order items for you.

Layaway: If you wish to put an item on layaway, we ask for 1/3 down with balance due in 90 days. We are happy to hold items for 24 hours.

Return Policy: Two-week unconditional refund on jewelry and gallery merchandise, excluding discounted merchandise, custom orders and some special orders. Lifetime guarantee on authenticity. Shipping/handling fees will not be refunded. There will be a 20% restocking fee, and buyer pays return postage on returned items.

Shipping Policy: All items are shipped via FedEx. Insurance is required on items of substantial value.
